A high-power charging solution specifically designed for new energy heavy-duty trucks, adopting a hybrid cooling architecture of air-cooled power cabinets and liquid-cooled cables to balance thermal performance and reliability. The single stack delivers up to 3.84MW, supports multi-gun parallel charging, and features a liquid-cooled single gun with up to 1200A, meeting the fast charging demands of heavy-duty trucks. Equipped with IP67-rated liquid-cooled cables suitable for harsh environments, it supports full-matrix flexible energy allocation and the Greater Bay Area cluster standard protocol, and adopts 4th-generation PDU design for efficient, stable, and safe centralized charging of heavy-duty trucks.

International Standards

The solution fully supports mainstream protocols including CCS2, CCS1, and CHAdeMO, covering both AC and DC charging requirements. With modular power units and dedicated protocol adapter modules, it can quickly adapt to different regional grid voltages and communication standards, meeting international certification requirements such as IEC/SAE/CHAdeMO. It supports multi-gun simultaneous service for vehicles of different standards, and comes with dedicated interface conversion options, enabling charging stations to seamlessly accommodate mainstream new energy vehicle models worldwide, facilitating efficient overseas project deployment and operation.

Mobile Solution

This solution offers two technical topologies – AC bus and DC bus – to suit different application scenarios. It integrates core components including AC/DC modules, DC/DC modules, BMS, PCS, high-voltage components, liquid cooling units, and security systems. With remote or autonomous driving capability, it enables multiple energy flow modes: grid-to-battery, vehicle discharge to battery, charger-to-battery, battery-to-vehicle, and grid-to-vehicle. It is widely applicable, including use as an emergency power rescue device.
